Michael Johnson

Michael has lived in Las Vegas since 2007. He originally comes from Buffalo, New York. Michael’s background is in clinical pharmacy although he has always had a passion for real estate. His aspirations for a career in real estate were realized in late 2013. Michael started shortly after that in general sales as a REALTOR® with Signature Real Estate Group. In that time Michael was consistently ranked within the top 10% of his firm of over 500 agents.

In 2017 Michael bought a branch office of the Signature Real Estate Group and became a managing broker and branch owner overseeing more 30 agents. During his tenure in general sales Michael also began investing in speculative building projects throughout Clark County building approximately 2-3 complete custom homes as well as 5-6 fix and flips every year. In Early 2021 Michael decided to bring his home building company and real estate brokerage under one umbrella as these two entities walk hand in hand and offer beneficial synergy to each other.

Michael’s passion for real estate, architecture, and the industry at large shines through in his handling of clients, service first attitude and attention to detail. Michael consistently receives five star reviews from his previous clients and a steady stream of advocates and referrals. Michael enjoys history, reading, and staying current in topics relating to medicine and pharmacology. Michael’s favorite past time is spending time with his family especially his young son.
